Time: 8:45 AM PST registration: class starts promptly at 9:00 AM PST (6 hours) with quiz at end of live course and certificate issued.

Note: Attendance of this live-segment is required to complete the 16-Hour course. If you fail to show without at least 48 hours notification, an additional rescheduling fee of $225 will be required.

Upon completion of this segment, you will receive a 6-hour certificate.
Certificates:
Once you have obtained both the 6-hour and 10-hour certificates, and have passed the QME examination, please submit both certificates along with your application for appointment as a QME to the DWC.
This course is approved by the DWC (DWC Education Provider #2) to satisfy the requirements of CCR Section 11.5.
